Annette and Rafal Kusinski, have carved their path over two decades, transforming Milton-based business into both a design and construction studio and a bespoke retail shop. What began as a family owned retail showroom has evolved into a dynamic mid-size firm, known for its seamless execution of residential and commercial projects. Annette and Rafal extensive industry knowledge and their ability to foster genuine, lasting relationships have cemented their reputation as trusted leaders in the field.

CHERYL CHAN TUNG
SALES / INTERIOR DESIGNER
Growing up from the beautiful island of Mauritius, Cheryl developed a deep passion for art and design from a young age, inspired by the stunning architectural and intricate interiors of her homeland. Hailing from a family in the trade, you can say that Interior Design is embedded in Cheryl's DNA.
Dreaming of distant shores, her love of travel and design brought her to Canada where she graduated with a diploma in Interior Decorating in 2019. It was that same year when she received an Ambassador Scholarship from the DDA, that set her wheel into motion to pursue her degree in Interior Design which she completed in 2022. It is also where she started working on residential and commercial interiors.
Combining her solid expertise in products, materials, and finishes with a warm, empathetic approach, Cheryl's thrives as both a skilled sales person and a visionary Interior Designer at Ideal Home Design. Her journey has empowered her to transform spaces into personalized, expressive environments, reflecting each clients' unique styles and aspirations.
CHRISTIAN KUSINSKI
SALES DIRECTOR
Christian Kusinski is the Sales Director at Ideal Home Design, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success across various business functions. With a Bachelor of Commerce and a wealth of experience in the business sector, Christian oversees the company’s operations, ensuring efficiency, growth, and client/dealer satisfaction.
In addition to his expertise in sales, he is instrumental in managing import activities and fostering strong dealer relationships. His involvement in project coordination and other business areas ensures smooth operations and continued progress. Christian’s deep knowledge of business development, sales strategy, and dealer network management enables him to align company goals with its long-term vision, maintaining high service standards and nurturing lasting dealer relationships.
